Detailed feedback on a large order

I placed a fairly large order for our educational lab, including several sets of petri dishes, some new digital scales, and a hot plate. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, though I did have a question about bulk pricing which I clarified with their customer support via email. They responded within a day, which was helpful. Delivery took a bit longer than I anticipated for such a big shipment, just over a week to arrive in California, but everything was meticulously packaged. No broken glassware, which is always a concern. The hot plate works perfectly, and the digital scales are accurate. The petri dishes are good quality too. Overall, a solid experience, though a slightly faster delivery for large orders would be a nice improvement.

Good deal on glassware

I needed some new beakers for a personal project and found Orca.supply. The first order discount made a real difference, saving me a good chunk of change. Shipping was reasonable, and the items arrived well-packed. Felt like I got good value for my money, which is always the goal.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

This wasn't my first time ordering from Orca.supply. I needed more nitrile gloves and some graduated cylinders. Just like before, the order process was smooth. Everything arrived quickly, took about 4 days to reach my lab in Ohio, and the quality of the items was exactly what I expected. They're reliable, which is why I keep coming back for our supplies.
